from $3,345.00

Boresaver StainStopper Pulse 350L

  • Dosing pump in a noise reducing water proof enclosure

  • 350L 585×1239mm dosing tank

  • First fill Aquatek solution

  • Installation instructions

Note: an electrian will be required to assist with the will be required to assist with the installation.

AustralindWBC has partnered with Aquabiotics to offer a very cost-effective system to deal with the issues associated with iron bacteria (stain). We’ve installed a large number of these kits with great success. In some applications, the reagent has not only stopped staining, it has also removed pre-existing discolouration.

The kits are very low maintenance, reliable and far easier to manage than a traditional sand filter.

StainStopper Pulse System

Electrically driven for precise dosing and fully adjustable with one simple dial these systems are ideal for a range of applications.

The Pulse offers great flexibility as we can mount the dosing system with either tank configuration. The Pulse requires one 20mm blue line connection to the head of the bore or into the mainline and a connection to the retic controller and power.

All our Residential and Maxi Pulse systems now come standard with the Sound Isolation Kit.

  • Up to 100 hours continuous operation per fill depending on the tank size and setup details.

  • Designed for Aquatek Liquid Pro treatment concentrate.

  • First quantity of Aquatek free with purchase.

  • Requires a switched single phase power supply.

Optional Extra – Wireless Kit:
An optional wireless link is now available for the Pulse system. This eliminates the need to run wiring from the reticulation controller to the dosing tank—ideal when the controller is located on the opposite side of the property. A standard power point (GPO) is still required near the system to operate the dosing pump.

Boresaver StainStopper F&Q:

Is it safe for my garden?

Yes, it's safe for your garden, pets and stock as it's non-toxic.

Do I have tannins?

Take  a sample of water from a sprinkler, does it come out clear then turn brown over 24 hours? This is iron. Tannin would mean the water is coloured right from the start.

What if I have a buildup of iron oxide in my bore and reticulation system before I install a StainStopper?

The iron clogging has to go somewhere. We usually look to add more solution to the tank to get rid of the iron oxide quicker but it does take time. Clients report anywhere from two weeks to two months to get the system clean.

Does the StainStopper do anything else?

The units not only provide complete stain protection, they also keep the pipes, valves and gear drives clean, a real bonus on larger commercial properties.

Iron oxide already clogging the bore?

We recommend completing an acid treatment in the first instance.

Can I add fertilizer / other reagents to the StainStopper?

We prefer you don’t as it will void the warranty.

What are the running costs?

Most properties will use between $300 to $500 in reagents per annum. Aquatek is available in multiple sized containers.
